And coming through the sabbath ... |
| Mary the Magdelene, and Mary the one of James, and Salome bought spices ... | |
| so that having come, they might anoint him. | |
16:2 |
And very early in the morning to "one of the sabbaths" ... |
| they come upon the tomb ... | |
| having arisen the sun. | |
16:3 |
And they were saying to themselves ... Who will roll away the stone for us from the door of the tomb? |
16:4 |
And having looked up, they behold that the stone has been rolled away ... |
| for it was extremely great. | |
16:5 |
And coming into the tomb ... |
| they saw a "youth" sitting on the rights having been cast around a "white robe" ... | |
| and they were out awed. | |
16:6 |
But he says to them ... Do not be out awed. |
| You seek Jesus the Nazarene ... | |
| the one having been crucified. | |
He was raised ... |
|
| He is not here. | |
| Behold the place where they laid him! | |
16:7 |
But be under-leading, tell his disciples ... |
| and Stone ... | |
| that he leads before you into the Galilee. | |
There you will see him, just as he told you. |

| 16:8 | And having come out ... |
| they fled from the tomb ... | |
| for trembling and amazement siezed them ... | |
| And they told nobody anything ... | |
| because they were afraid. |
