| 14:43 |
And immediately
while he was speaking, Judas, one of the twelve comes beside
him ... |
| |
and with him, a crowd with swords and woods ... |
| |
beside the
chief priests, scribes, and elders. |
| 14:44 |
Now the one betraying him had given a "sign"
to them saying ... Whom ever I should kiss (as a friend), he
is (the one). |
| |
hold him and lead him away securely. |
| 14:45 |
And having come,
immediately
he says to him... Rabbi ... |
| |
and he
kisses him down friendly ... |
| 14:46 |
Then they cast on hands to him and arrested him. |
| 14:47 |
But a certain one of the ones standing nearby,
drawing the sword, stings the slave of the chief priest and cuts off his earlobe. |
| 14:48 |
And having answered Jesus said to them ... You come out together
as on a robber with swords and woods to arrest me? |
| 14:49 |
Every day I was before you in the temple teaching ... |
| |
and you did not arrest me ... |
| |
so that the scriptures should be fulfilled. |
| 14:50 |
And leaving,
they all fled from him. |
| 14:51 |
And a certain youth was following together to himself, having a "linen wrapper" cast around his nakedness. |
| |
And they are holding him. |
| 14:52 |
But having left behind the linen wrapper, he fled naked. |
