| 12:28 |
And coming
before, one of the scribes, hearing of them seeking together
... |
| |
perceiving
that he answered them ideally ... |
| |
he
asked him ... Which precept is first of all? |
| 12:29 |
Jesus
answered that the first is ... Be hearing Israel! |
| |
The Lord
our God is one Lord. |
| 12:30 |
And you
shall be loving the Lord our God out of your whole heart ... |
| |
and out
of your whole soul ... |
| |
and out
through your whole mind ... |
| |
and out
of your whole strength. |
| 12:31 |
Second
to it ... |
| |
you should
be loving your neighbor ... |
| |
as yourself
... |
| |
There
is not another precept greater than these. |
| 12:32 |
And the
scribe said to him ... Ideal! |
| |
Teacher! ... on "truth"you said that ... He is one ... |
| |
and there is not another more than him. |
| 12:33 |
And to be loving him out of the whole heart ... |
| |
and out of the whole understanding ... |
| |
and out of the whole strength ... |
| |
and to be loving the neighbor as himself ... |
| |
is more excessive than all the whole burns and sacrifices. |
| 12:34 |
And Jesus perceiving him, that he answered having mind ... |
| |
he said to him ... You are not far from the Kingdom of God
... |
| |
and nobody, not still, dared to inquire of him. |
