Let the "little children" come before me ... don't be forbidding them, for such as these is the "Kingdom of God." 10:15 Amen... I say to you ... Whoever does not receive the Kingdom of God like a "little child" ... may by no means enter into "her." 10:16 And in clasping them inside his arms ...   he is blessing down, placing hands on them.
