Jn 21:15a ... Then, when they ate ... the Jesus says to the Simon Stone ... Simon of John ... do you "love" me more than "these"?

We know Simon's father is named John because in the first chapter of this gospel Jesus said ... "You are Simon, the Son of John, you will be called Kephas ... which is translated ... Stone" (Jn 1:42). The name Simon of John is mistranslated in many Bibles as "Simon Son of Jonah" (Obviously to force-harmonize with Matt 16:17). The only problem with this interpretation is that the word "Jonas" (bar iona) is missing in every single Greek text in existence for this verse. The Greek text clearly reads Ioannou (iwannou) which is the genitive singular masculine word meaning "of John."

The geometric meaning of "Love" (agape, philio): Jesus asks Simon a very paradoxical question. It depends on how you define the word "love." The Greek word agape means "a deep, sincere love" while phileo means "a fondness or friendly association." Since this is a Sacred Geometry story that requires tangency lets define agape as ... What or who does the pronoun "these" (toutwn) refer to: 1) the love the other disciples have for Jesus .. 2) the love Simon has for the other six disciples .. 3) the love Simon has for "fish" meaning his profession "going fishing."
